கீழே உள்ள பதிவு ஜனவரி 2014 ஆண்டு அப்போதைய அட்டாக் கமிட்டி உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு விடுத்த கோரிக்கை, அதை எந்த அளவுக்கு அவர்கள் நிறைவேற்றினார்கள் என்று அனைவருக்கும் தெரியும், இப்பொது அமைந்துள்ள இந்த அட்டாக் கமிட்டி இந்த கோரிக்கையை நிறைவேற்றும் என்ற ஆவலில் இதை மீண்டும் வெளியிடுகிறோம்.
கோட்டகுப்பம் ஜாமியா மஸ்ஜித் நிர்வாக சபையின் ஆட்சி காலம் முடித்து புதிய நிர்வாக சபை தேர்ந்தெடுக்க புதிய அட்ஹாக் கமிட்டி அமைத்துள்ளதை யாவரும் அறிவோம். நமதுரின் உள்ளூர் மற்றும் வெளிநாட்டு சகோதர்கள் நமது இணையதளத்துக்கு மின் அஞ்சல் மற்றும் தொலைபேசி வாயிலாக சில ஆலோசனைகள் மற்றும் கோரிக்கை வைத்து உள்ளனர், உலகெங்கும் வாழும் நமதூர் சகோதரர்களின் கருத்தை நாம் சாதாரணமாக நினைக்க முடியாது.
அவர்கள் அனைவரும் இதயபூர்வமாக ஊரில் அமைதி நிலவ வேண்டும் என்றும், முடங்கிப் போகாத , செயல்பாடு உள்ள, ஊரை முன்னேற்றப் பாதைக்கு அழைத்துச் செல்கின்ற புதிய நிர்வாகம் ஜனநாயக முறைப்படி தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் விரும்புகிறார்கள். ஊரின் ஒவ்வொரு தேவைக்கும், முன்னேற்ற திட்டங்களுக்கும் எந்த அளவுக்கு வெளிநாடுகளில் வாழும் சகோதரர்களின் ஆதரவு தேவைப் படுவது நியாயமோ அந்த அளவுக்கு அவர்களின் உணர்வுகளுக்கு மதிப்பளிப்பதும் நமது கடமை . அதை அட்ஹாக் கமிட்டி உறுபினர்களுக்கு தெரிய படுத்த வேண்டி நமது இணையத்தளத்தில் வெளியிட்டதன் முலம் அவர்களுக்கு தெரிய படுத்துகிறோம்.
ஒரு காலத்தில் அசைக்கமுடியாத சக்தியாக இருந்த நமது ஜமாஅத் நிர்வாகத்தில் அரசு துறைகள் குறிப்பாக காவல் துறை கூட நுழைய பயந்த காலமும் உண்டு. மற்ற ஊர் ஜமாஅத் பிரச்சனைகள் மட்டும் இல்லாமல் அருகே உள்ள மீனவ மக்களின் பிரச்னைகளை போக்க ஜாமியா மஸ்ஜித் நிர்வாகம் சமாதானம் செய்கின்ற மத்தியஸ்தராக செயல்பட்ட காலமும் உண்டு.
முன்னர் நமதூரில் ஜனநாயக முறைப்படி தேர்தல் முலம் பொது மக்கள் நேரடியாக தமது தெரு பிரதிநிதிகளை தேர்ந்து எடுத்து வந்தனர். அவர்கள் முலமாக நியாமான நிர்வாகிகள் முலம் நமதுரின் நிர்வாகம் நடைபெற்று வந்தது. சில ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பின்னர் அட்ஹாக் கமிட்டி முலம் நிர்வாகிகள் வர ஆரம்பித்தார்கள், அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக இந்த முறையும் நிர்வாக சபை தேர்ந்து எடுக்க பட உள்ளது. கமிட்டி அமைக்கும் நேரத்தில் ஆரம்பித்து நிர்வாக சபை தேர்தெடுக்கும் வரை பொது மக்களுக்கு நேரடி பங்கு கிடையாது. கமிட்டி தெருவாரியாக ஒருவரை பரிந்துரைக்கும், பரிந்துரைத நபர் எந்த விதத்தில் தேர்வு செய்யபட்டார் அல்லது அதே தெருவில் வேறு நபர் ஏன் நிராகிகபட்டார் என்பது எல்லாம் பொதுமக்களுக்கு தெரிவிப்பது கிடையாது. இப்படி தேர்ந்தெடுக்க பட்ட நிர்வாகி பொதுமக்களிடம் இருந்து தலை கட்டு வசூலிக்கவும், சர்க்கரை சோறு விநியோகிக்கவும் தான் பயன் படுத்த படுகிறார்கள்.
ஊரை நேரடியாக நிர்வாகிக்கும் நிர்வாகி பொதுமக்கள் முலம் தேர்ந்து எடுக்க படுவது இல்லை, அட்ஹாக் கமிட்டி முலமாகவும் பரிந்துரைக்க படுவது இல்லை, பின்னர் யார் ஊரை நிர்வாகிப்பது, ஊரை நிர்வகிக்கும் தலைவர்கள் தங்களது செல்வாக்கை பயன் படுத்தி பின் வாசல் வழியாக நியமன உறுபினர் என்ற ஒரு சந்தின் வழியாக நிர்வாகத்துக்கு வருகிறார்கள்.
கிராம சபை, உள்ளாட்சி, மாநிலம் முதல் மத்தியில் ஆட்சி அதிகாரம் எல்லாம் தேர்ந்து எடுக்க பட்ட பிரதிநிதிகளில் இருந்து ஒருவர் தான் நிர்வாகியாக அதாவது பேரூராட்சி தலைவர், மாநில முதல் அமைச்சர் மற்றும் அமைச்சர்கள் வரை எல்லாம் பிரதிநிதிகளில் இருந்து வருகிறார்கள். நமதூர் நிர்வாகத்துக்கு மட்டும் அட்ஹாக் கமிட்டி தேர்ந்து எடுத்த நபர்கள் அல்லாமல் வேறு வழியில் நிர்வாகத்தில் நுழைகிறார்கள். இந்த போக்கை தான் பலரும் எதிர்த்து வருகிறார்கள். நமதுருக்கு நல்ல நேர்மையான வெளிப்படையான நிர்வாகம் வர வேண்டும் என்றால் ஒன்று தேர்தல் முலம் வர வேண்டும் இல்லை என்றால் அட்ஹாக் கமிட்டி உறுபினர்கள் நேரடியாக தெருவில் இருக்கும் நபர்களில் இருவரை தேர்ந்து எடுத்து அவர்களில் யார் நேர்மையானவர் என்று பார்த்து ஒருவரை தேர்ந்து எடுக்க வேண்டும்.மேலும் அணைத்து தெரு நிர்வாகிகள் கூடி அவர்களில் இருந்து ஒருவர் தலைவர், செயலாளர், பொருளாளர், மற்றும் பஞ்சயத்து கமிட்டி தலைவர் என்று தேர்ந்து எடுக்க வேண்டும். இதன் அடிபடையில் வரும் ஒருவரை பொது மக்கள் அனைவரும் ஆதரிப்பார்கள். மேலும் நியமன உறுபினர் என்று யாரும் உள்ளே வர கூடாது. தேவை ஏற்பட்டால் மார்க்க அறினர்கள் நியமன உறுபினராக தேர்ந்து எடுக்க லாம்.
புதிய நிர்வாகம் எப்படி இருந்தால் நன்மைத்தரும் என்கிற ஆலோசனையை அர்ப்பணிப்பு மனப்பான்மையுடன் அல்லாஹ்வின் திருப்பொருத்தத்திற்காக மட்டும் சேவையாற்றும் துடிப்பான புதிய நிர்வாகமே இன்றைய இன்றியமையாத் தேவை.

எப்போதும்போல் அரைத்த மாவையே அரைக்காமல், ஊர் மக்களின் முன்னேற்றத்திற்காக சிந்தித்து, திட்டமிட்டு செயல்பட வேண்டியது காலத்தின் கட்டாயம்.

நமதூரில் மறைந்திருக்கும் மனிதவளத்தை வெளிக்கொணர்ந்து அனைத்து வகையான முன்னேற்றத்திற்கும் முயற்சிக்கலாம்.

திருமணம் போன்ற முக்கிய நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் பங்கு கொள்ள சில உறுப்பினர்களை மட்டும் நியமித்துவிட்டு மற்றவர்களை இன்னபிற துறைகளை கவனிக்க ஏற்பாடு செய்யலாம்.

இன்னும் இதுபோன்ற அத்தியாவசியமானத் துறைகளை உருவாக்கி அதற்கானப் பொறுப்பாளர்களைத் தேர்வு செய்து உத்வேகத்துடன் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட வகை செய்ய வேண்டும். இதற்கான நிதியாதாரம் ஒரு பெரிய விஷயமே அல்ல. தொண்டாற்ற இளைய தலைமுறையினர் தயார் என்றால் அதற்காக நிதியுதவி செய்ய உலகெங்கும் வாழும் ஊர் சொந்தங்கள் தயாராக உள்ளார்கள்.
நிர்வாகசபைக்கு புது ரத்தம் பாய்ச்சப்பட வேண்டும். புதியவர்கள்தான் பொறுப்பிற்கு வரவேண்டும் என்பதில் இரண்டு கருத்துக்கு இடம் இல்லை. யார் பொறுப்பேற்கப் போட்டியிடப் போகிறார்கள் என்பதைவிட ஊர் மேம்பாட்டிற்காக என்ன செய்யப் போகிறார்கள் என்பதுதான் முக்கியம். தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையுடைய நல்லவர்கள் நிர்வாகிகளாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட முயற்சிக்க வேண்டியது ஜமாஅத் உறுப்பினர்களான நம் ஒவ்வொருவர் மீதும் கடமை. அதற்காக முழுமையாக முயற்சிப்போம். அல்லாஹ்விடம் பிரார்த்திப்போம். இன்ஷா அல்லாஹ், நமதூரில் இது நாள் வரை இல்லாமல் இருந்த விட்டுக் கொடுக்கும் மனப்பான்மை சகோதரத்துவம் நமது ஊருக்கு மீண்டும் வர வேண்டும். இருண்ட தற்கால சூழலிலிருந்து மீண்டு வர வேண்டும்.
இன்ஷா அல்லாஹ், நமதூரில் இது நாள் வரை இல்லாமல் இருந்த விட்டுக் கொடுக்கும் மனப்பான்மை சகோதரத்துவம் நமது ஊருக்கு மீண்டும் வர வேண்டும். இருண்ட தற்கால சூழலிலிருந்து மீண்டு வர வேண்டும். காலம் கனிந்திருக்கிறது. கனிந்துள்ள காலத்தை எல்லா வகையிலும் பயன் படுத்திக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். அர்ப்பணிப்பு மனப்பாண்மை வேண்டும்.கசப்பான நிகழ்வுகளுக்கு விடை கொடுத்து, இனிப்பான நிகழ்வுகள் தொடர ஒன்றிணைவோம்.

Assalamuallikum.Adhoc commitee members should be aware of the quranic verses ch.9verses 17;18 which clearly states the qualification of those who can manage a mosque. 1.Those who beleive in Allah. 2.Those who establish daily prayers and pay zakat regularly. 3.Those who fear none(at all)except Allah. 4.To be on true guidance(based upon quran and sunna) out of these four, first two may be fulfilled by most of the candidates. but the last two aspects are most important for a good managing commitee. Regarding to become a role model for the other jamath, our present jamath has won muslim leagues role model mohalla jamatj.but we require a role model jamath which is liked by all people irrespective of a particular political party like iuml.The present domination of iuml in a secular jamath should be erradicated in the future selection.All group of people based upon the above qualification should be nominated oe elected.May Allah guide us in the right path.

17. இணை கற்பிப்போர் தமது (இறை) மறுப்புக்கு, தாமே சாட்சி கூறிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் நிலையில் அல்லாஹ்வின் பள்ளிவாசல்களை நிர்வகிப்பது தகாது. அவர்கள் செய்தவை அழிந்து விட்டன. அவர்கள் நரகில் நிரந்தரமாக இருப்பார்கள்.
18. அல்லாஹ்வையும், இறுதி நாளையும்1 நம்பி தொழுகையை நிலை நாட்டி ஸகாத்தும் கொடுத்து அல்லாஹ்வைத் தவிர எவருக்கும் அஞ்சாதிருப்போரே அல்லாஹ்வின் பள்ளிவாசல்களை நிர்வகிக்க வேண்டும். அவர்களே நேர் வழி பெற்றோராக முடியும்.

Second thing keep in mind it is very difficult to satisfy everybody who are with different opinons and ideas.
Almost all the people are belongs to anyone of the political parties or atleast supporters of any political parties. Your comments clearly states
that you are against IUML thats why you want to eradicate the IUML from the mosque. Mr. Anonymous, IUML is the not the issue here, anyone can become Muthavalli or Secretary or Member for the mosque, he may personally belong to IUML or TMMK or ADMK or DMK or Congress but the thing is that he must be a good and able person with minimum knowledge of Islam thats enough.
As far as our Kottakuppam Jamath is concerned nearly 33 or 35 (approximately) members are there belongs to different political parties and welfare associations. For the last 6 to 7 years they are doing good jobs and lot of changes are occuring gradually in our Jamath, which we have not seen 20 years back. This is a good sign for able
administration and we expect new members also will go in the right path.
At the sametime when we compare our Jamath with some other village Jamaths, by Allah’s grace our Jamath is 200% far better than any jamath. Just go and check what is happening in our neighbouring villages like KOONIMEDU and Sulthanpet Jamath. Both are small villages but they cannot able to have a controlled Jamath there. But Kottakuppam is the number one biggest Muslim Jamath in the Villupuram district spread over 2 Kilometers from East to West and North to south. It is very difficult to control such a big Jamath in this current situation, but somehow our people are achieving this and controlling to their maximum level possible. There is no village in Tamilnadu to have one Muslim Jamath spread over for 2 Kilometers.(From Solainagar to Indranagar)
And the system we have in our village is really great, separate members for each street, separate commitee for Panchayat visaranai and separate committee for Baithulmal etc and the muthavalli will have only supervision and signing authority. But in most of the places all will be done only by the Muthavalli .This also you have to keep in mind.
In a Jamath very important sector is enquiring the cases like Diverse,
property issues among villagers (Panchayat Visaranai) If this sector is not functioning properly and going wrong defintely Jamath will be collapsed. As far as I heard our panchayat committee is doing its job properly for the last 6 years without biased judgement. We must be proud of this.
Regarding the award given by IUML for our Jamath, definetly it is a prestigeous award. Among 13000 Jamaths in Tamilnadu they have selected only 15 Jamaths for award. In South Arcot district (including both Villupuram and cuddalore district) they have selected only our Jamaath for Award and presented to us in the middle of lakhs and lakhs of people gathered from different jamaths all over Tamilnadu. We all know Lalpet is one of the good muslim jamaths in Tamilnadu with strong IUML domination, but eventhough they have not got that award. This is for your information.
What I want to say is dont corner or criticise anyone or any party specifically. It all depends upon the person who comes to the power thats it. So we all pray to get good persons with good knowledge and character for our Jamath, he can belong to any party that is not the issue. At the sametime our Jamath integration should be maintained at any cost, this is most imporatant in this current situation.
Finally one question to you, you are against IUML I think, ok, that is your own opinon, I cannot say anything, but can you point out anything IUML did harm to our Jamath or village or Did IUML collapsed the integration of our village ?
For your information, apart from the political activities, IUML is the only muslim organisaiton which has the main policy that all the Muslim villages should function under one Jamath in their respective areas with strong and efficient management without giving place for POTTI JAMATH. Based on this only they have conducted the Muslim Muhalla Jamath Orunginaipu Mahanadu in Trichy on Dec 28′ 2013.
Finally be proud we all born in Kottakuppam village, because our village is one of the best Muslim Muhalla Jamaths in Tamilnadu and number one best Jamath in Villupuram and pondicherry districts.

One of the best comedies in 2014. Everyone who goes to panchayat will know how they treat the case. Many divorce cases handled in muthavali house even though muthavali is not in the panchayat committee, one of the worst committee in jamiya masjid is panchayat, next time a strong panchayat with person who knows sunnah and hadis should include in panchayat. If you want details I will give the name in which panchayat held at muthavalli house without panchayat committee members. Muthavali himself conduct kata panachyat at his home. Don’t dick more, if you want rubbish will come out, if you need that I am ready…….

Mr. Anonymous, I told this jamath is far better than previous, I have not told 100% ok, so next comittee must be still more better than this. This what we expect.
Even if we have jamath with people functioning 100% based on Quran, Hathees and fear of Allah, there will be lot of persons to say Jamath is not good and not functioning properly, this is the human mentality keep in mind.
With one or two cases dont blame the jamath, that mistake has to rectified thats it.

Any how you are accepting some bad things going on in present panchayat commitee. Many property divisions are conducted in tea stalls rather than in mosque. I have Many evidence regarding. As per your statement without proper panchayat our jamath Will colapse. Now present jamath facing the same issue. We need new and good people should include in panchayat.

Dear guys,
Mainly I want to say onething is find any other ways like adhoc committe or other alternative ways to select the jamath members other than election.
Because election is one of the very worst methods which will totally spoil our integration and create too many problems among us.
We had seen these 30 years back when members were selected through election. You guys should know that In the past 150 years only two times members were selected by election that is in the mid of 1980s. During that time our total village has splitted in two groups seeing our neighbour as enemies and spending lot of moneys for election. In some streets they had given money for vote (in 1980’s). Just think now what we will happen in these days. Other village people have criticised us and talked very worst about us that they are fighting to capture the mosque administration. Really that time we felt very shame to say as we are from Kottakuppam. All have got a very bad experience because of election. During the election day police force were called for security and the village was in a tense situation. Not only that while the results were announced, winning candidates went rally with their supporters and shouting slogans against the opposite contestant who was defeated. Oh my God. Ninaithu parkave kevalama iruku.
Because of all these things all the people at that time unanimously tolded hereafter no more election should be conducted for selecting the members and then only adhoc committe system was implemented.
Guys, my humble request is now the things are very worst than 1980’s, so keep in mind all these things and dont support for election method, which will lead to a worst situation and atomosphere among us. Definetely money will play a big role in election and those who spend more money will become members rather than good people. Keep this mind.

IUML must be boycotted from muthavalli post…It seems some people thinks Muthavalli post must be given to IUML..It doesnt make any sense.Candidate should be free from the parties, must be bold enough, must be God fearing,
They should keep in mind that Allah will question the leaders in judgement day.
